After receiving payment of £7.50 through PayPal, we will post you out a small plastic bottle, along with a return mail bag. All you have to do is fill out the form, fill the bottle with tank water, put them in the bag and put it in a post box - that's it!

Important Note: Once you receive the package from us, you need to email us to let us know. This is because we need to generate a pre-paid return label from Royal Mail's website. The pre-paid label is only valid until the end of the next working day, therefore if we were to send you this in the package it's likely it will have expired before you get a chance to send the water sample back to us.
The pre-paid label will be emailed to you in a PDF document, you will need a PDF reader like Adobe PDF Reader, to be able to open the document and print it. Adobe Reader can be downloaded for free from here.
Once you have received the email from us with the attached return label, simply print the label out and stick it onto the bag we have sent you. The label is only valid until the end of the next working day.

We aim to test your sample the same day it arrives and we will send you an email with attached document stating your water sample test results and any other relevant information we feel you may need to rectify any out of balance parameters.
